Up for grabs:
#1. ENGINE:
1500sp. Runs strong and hard, no splutters. Could do with a automatic choke tune, apparently rebuilt not too long ago by the previous owner (word of
mouth mind you) Everything works. GT40 coil. drips oil so could do with a regasket kit and a clean. comes with a set of street extractors and spare
stock coil.
$250.00. Negociable
PLEASE NOT. To convert this engine to be suitable to manual, it only involves external part swapping. This includes the carbie and manifold, oil pump,
flywheel and clutch. Otherwise, its complete and read to bolt into any semi auto type 1 transmission.
#2. GEARBOX:
1969 semi auto gearbox. Internal clutch firmly grips. works fine, shifts nice and firm, no gears pop out so all syncros are good.
$175. Negociable
Torque convertor, Automatic transmission fluid reservoir, Vaccum canister and the control valve or wateva that gismo is, semi auto shifter and semi
auto pedals ALL up for grabs. EXTRA $50 the lot with the engine and gearbox. otherwise $95 by them selves.
OR. For the whole semi auto solution to COMPLETELY transform your type 1 vw to semi auto, $380.
This is currently all fitted in the vee dub out back, and will be removed by saturday. If you want a demo before considering a purchase, contact me
before saturday, and i will recharge my car battery and not dis-assemble the running gear.

WILLING TO SWAP PARTS. Am after 1600 tp manual engine, kombi tranmission mounting components (including axles and mounts, shifter rods, manual pedal
assembly, manual shifter) Front and rear baja barwork, wide 4 stud wheels, unteared seats suitable for 1500 bug seat rails, or any other things you
may find of possible interest to me.
Best Regards,
Christopher.
For intending purchasers, there are a few other differences, too: Pedals, wiring (for auto clutch actuation, I think), holes in rear of body for oil reservoir, shift rod. HTH
Cheers mate.
