Cool, make sure you ring Peter on 0405 905 980 for arrangements, payment & pick up. Thanks in advance.

mackaymanx - October 11th, 2007 at 07:34 PM

Five rib should be a 002 (see http://www.shoptalkforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=102124  ). Check the part numbers cast on the housing sections do they start with 002 or 091.

1800 boxes have 5 ribs.

peter,

could you post up a photo of the box or
send one to
kgray13@ozemail.com.au
just to confirm 002 or 091 as
mackaymanx above

thanks

fish26 - October 11th, 2007 at 09:03 PM

Guys, like I said before "definitely 2L 091 box".

To displace confusion about the 091 - 5 & 002 - 5 rib a lot of box builders in Europe have adopted the 091 - 5 rib, and 002 - 3 rib configuration counting only the ribs directly over the CV, go figure.

I hope that clears it up for all, whether you want to call it 5 or 6 rib, rest assured its a 2L 091 box, we made sure to CHECK the side of the box.

I will also post a pic of it hopefully tomorrow.

cheers
