I currently have a trike that is running on 3 cylinders at best
does anyone in perth know where i can either get a good secondhand motor or get it rebuilt here in Perth and expected cost?
its a type 3 motor with auto

Would love to go Subaru but being a poor security guard with a wife to run and a daughter at a private school I cant see me raising the mega dollars needed

LOL Not the Mr Tritek I was thinking about .You must of purchased that machine in the photo from the guy down near you

Ken you can get a EJ16 or EJ18 fuel injected motor for around $400.00 that would even get you the full loom & ecu ect to make it work .The adpter plate & flex plate drive will cost around $650.00 .you will need some more bits & bobs but at the end of the day subaru will give you heaps of power & keep that machine going .If you have the hand skills to fit this go subaru , if not jam a Vw back in the hole .
