Chris - try Craig Torrens. He might have something lying around.
got a better idea ask westi to build one as he needs some cash!
Hey caffinepusherman if you bite Westie to make you a set I will have a set to, maybe its worth his while to make a few sets rather than just one

Hands up Who else wants Type 4 merged header system with Fat Boy Muffler for upright beetle conversion either square or oval port heads for Group Buy from Brad @ Westside?

id take a couple
adam
I'd be in depending on price
Ok, it looks like there's a few of ya out there that have tasted T4 power in a beetle, will have a chat to Brad next week.
We can discuss a couple of versions of headers:
A1 Merged from Tiger
Klaus from Germany
Remelle from Germany
Benito, personally i would like one in A1 style with stub pipes to clear the push rod tubes, then the headers connected to them.
Damo.
I have already offered a car for Brad to use as a "jig".........................this has been covered in another thread.......and yes i need one as well !
Hi
How about one from Mortlake.
Steve
I like the idea of a stepped header but science just doesnt seem to back it up anyone got some realtime comparisons on both setups?
The BAS style stepped header from V-Force actually works, they use the same concept in some of the older F1 cars as well as Harley Race Engines.
Although I was not aware that Richard had the jig set up for group buy, it would make sense to have the system made up with stubs to suit both head
styles while still utilising the same headers.
I am personally a fan of the A1 merged header with slip joints and Fat Boy, allowing for growing engines and that unmistakable Cal Look rear end,
Richard's system could allow itself for use in an experimental 2L Turbo motor running old school Rajay/Weber side draught pull through.....good for
