wtb - headlight switch for early beetle
BrisDubba - January 18th, 2009 at 11:56 AM

Upon investigating why the park lights in the buggy werent working - assuming fuse or something - established that they were even wired to the switch when it was redone. Then when I tested the switch I found out probably why. It appears cactus.

Does anyone have a headlight switch for a 64 ish beetle - can you buy them new ??

Any info appreciated.

Peter

Peter, if it is the round one - does it have the screw terminals or the push-on terminals?

I will take a photo tomorrow to make sure we are talking apples with apples but I know it has the push on terminals.

if your car is 12volt the 6volt one burn out really fast, better off upgrading to a 68 12 volt switch
