WTD - Good 40hp 1200

Hey all,
Have been watching the forums for a while but have not found anything just yet, so thought Id post a wanted thread.

Does anyone have a good/complete/running 40hp 1200cc motor they'd be willing to part with?
If so how much, photos etc.

I may know where the 1200 out of my 58 is dude - as well as a lead on another in Darwin... ;)

Apperently the 1200 I have is a 40hp because it has a removable geny stand.
