Item: 1600 twin port engine complete with dual carbs, extractors, new muffler, and everything else on top . Has been fully rebuilt and has done only 10,000km since. Case line bored and new bearings, reconditioned heads, new pistons.

Has been used as a daily driver to and from work and runs very well. I live up at Katoomba which is 1000m up and performs really well. Comes setup for a type 3 but will suit beetle and kombi with change of cooling and tinware setup.

Will be in car for another 3 weeks if you want to test it out and will be happy to get mechanic to test it out.

I am happy to courier interstate, Brisbane and Melbourne around $150 but will need to be able to unload it off truck.

I am going to be fixing up a fasty and has already got a suby engine in it. The wagen it came out of is out of rego in 2 weeks and will probably sit there for a while, so thought it was a waste to let the engine just sit there. You will need set it up for a type 1 though........
