I have a small clock like that somewhere - black face and chrome bezel, VDO. I'll see if I can find it and send a photo.

Sorry the photos not good. It was a bit dark but gives you the idea. It's actually in very good condition. Some minor blemishes on the chrome bezel, probably from storage. I'm not sure it's ever been wired up, looks very clean at the back and no scrapes on the terminal.

German VDO, dated 8/73. Has VDO, Quartz-Zeit written on the face. 50mm diameter
