I have for sale a complete 12a rotary and conversion kit to suit VW. The engine is a stock 12a rotary (a legal conversion to a beetle) in good condition with good compression. The conversion kit is a "sherman conversion" and comes with adaptor plate and a flywheel to allow a vw starter and clutch to be used.
I will also include and exhaust flange (10mm plate) so you can fab the exhaust and a small tested radiator to suit.

To complete a conversion you will need two coils, fuel pump, clutch and pressure plate (VW ones), some exhaust tubing for the water, larger fuel line and a exhaust system.

This is a 100HP motor from the factory and they rev to 6000 plus rpm, they are a lot of fun!
