I have a full kit that I am pulling off my bug that I think should fit. Mine's a 76 std bug. Only catch is I want to sell the kit altogether, 4 x guards, front and rear spoiler, whale tail, and probably 4x 14x7 wheels with tyres. PM if you are interested. I'm not far from the end of the F3 near Hornsby, so fairly close to you if you want them.

I think theres a bloke around perth way that does the early style headlight guards??? are you going to use LH torana tail lights and fit a pop up sunroof

How early is your beetle.

I have a full set here which are in the same state as the ones in the photo. They suit a 71 standard so i dunno what else they will fit though.
