wanted a 12volt regulator

Hello all, I am doing a 12 volt conversion on my 67 beetle and need a 12 volt regulator. Where can I find one and how much should I pay? I would prefer a second hand one as funds are not great, so if anyone in Adelaide SA has one and wants to sell or help me out finding one that would be greatly appreciated. Regards Gary

My 1500 Beetle parts car still has a regulator in it which I know is good, as it was my daily driver for a couple of years and never got a flat battery. If greedy53's one is unsuitable for some reason then I'm in Adelaide and could sell you the regulator.
