Looking for a engine for my 64 Beetle Ute.
Have heaps of room so it can be just about any motor.
Would like something in SE Qld but will consider other places.

Ive got a 1600 twin port. Its in a Type3 notch and you can hear it running.
May even have the conversion bits to go upright if you want to go that way too.
On the Bayside of Brisbane.

I have

1 x Porsche 914 engine, (same as type 4 combi) 1800, good condition, disassembled mostly complete. Would make an idea upright conversion.

1x1700 type 4 combi engine, complete but needs a rebuild. (i.e. barrels, piston rings, reco heads)

1 type 3 engine running, with twin Kadrons and Stan Pobjoy sump extender, 009 dissy.

Thanks for the reply Pattison, But a bit far to come and get them. We are going to Brisbane to pickup one this week by the look of it.
