My veedub just died couple of days ago looking for cheap replacement engine anything will do i have a 1963 beetle with 1200cc engine but it died. dont mind putting a 1600 or other engine in and convert the flywell to diffirent 1 anybody that can help me and has a spare engine or anything else that could help me out please help. the motor still runs but makes a terrible grinding sound knocking.

Shame about the plastic mirrors though

new engine is working it seems like engine is running little bit hot need to find out what the solution of that problem is. Yeah those mirrors are a NO-GO but finding original mirrors are difficult to find here in australia
