lenses cracked or reflectors tarnished/peeling??

The lenses glass is cracked across the front from side to side. not sure about the reflectors as I am not home yet. Buying new ones will fix all the problems.

I am currently finishing a teaching contract in Ukraine and will be home mid July. A friend of mine bought the van on my behalf. The headlights are the only obvious issue for the roadworthy, although never know till it is up on a ramp.

Are the Lenses specific for left and right side. The outer are rectangle and the inner square. Are they one set high and the other low beam or high/low and driving/spot?
