Try Antique Tyres, I purchased our 16'' flappers for the 39 Plymouth. They have a web site or Ebay has some over priced ones.
Available in 13'', 14'' 15'' & 16''
16'' do come in a 2” and 3” version and they cost $130 for the set of 4 and $150 for the set of 4 respectively.
Freight to Emerald Qld is $22.
