they look like beetle ball joint spindles. dropped? they maybe are but look standard?
type 3 spindles look like this.
As far as i know BerT3 is the only guy in the world who has made drop spindles for type 3, maybe one other guy as i understand does them by chop and
weld but I have never seen any evidence of them ever existing.
your ones might be beetle spindle section welded on to a type 3 spindle face?
overtonsam - July 4th, 2011 at 11:25 PM
Hi have you still got the drops for the bug?? Im real keen. Cheers sam
whathaveidone - July 5th, 2011 at 07:04 PM
Mate, unless you have anything good to say dont say anything at all. You clearly have no idea!!!!!!! They are what i say they are. Your wrong on all
that you have pointed out, so do some more research before commenting on my posts in future!!!!!!

urban_myth - July 6th, 2011 at 08:05 PM
yes they are type 3 dropspindles as i am the one who made them .they are a 5omm drop and are made from 2 t3 spindles.they widen the track by 12mm
per side.due to the shape of the spindle i am not able to make these in zero offset as i can with kombi spindles.
