Pictures of hubcaps, there is 1 parking scratch on one; which from the looks of it will buff out to be fairly minimal with some fine grit paper and autosol

No sorry the manifold is good for a 1300 head, it has the angled design not the straight in version of the 1200

have you tried any VW shops for a second hand one?
