what cond is it in , was it running prior 2 being dismantled

Hi andy ive had it for a bout a year. The guy i bought it off had it sitting undercover down the side of his house and wrapped in a tarp he said it was running when he pulled it out of his car but that was some years before. it has no heads on it as ive used them myself. It turns over with no grinding noises but as the inside goes im not sure. Any questions
