Due to another change in my Buggies Build direction, I have an 091 Gearbox for sale. This Gearbox was completely rebuilt by Dave Butler and has never been used.

This box is pretty much as tough as they come.

Sleeve from steel, main shaft ball bearing hole in intermediate housing.

Nose cone shift rod seal.
Elring German side seals.
FAG brand European pinion bearing.
German INA brand main shaft needle bearing.
FAG German main shaft ball bearing.
ERCO brand, USA steel shift ball.
NEW Genuine VW side screw locks.
New ERCO cromoly reverse idler gear.
Steel thrust plate for under nose cone.
