Bernie , your doors will not fit a 79 bus unless the hinge brackets are exchanged for the existing 79 hinges which is not a huge job but can be quite
painfull to press the pins out , plus if there 74 doors where are the internal locks , near the handle or push / pullbutton at top back corner
