Go to a Porsche Dealer and buy them new. I haven't bought them for years, but they were cheap, less than $50 each.
Hi
I bought complete 911 headlights from a company in the UK, way cheaper than anybody local from http://www.design911.co.uk
If you did go with complete headlights you get all the inside stuff new including proper H4 headlight reflectors and you would only need to change the
chrome rim to use the Beetle mounting system or you can use the 911 mounting system but it doesn't use the Herman Munster screws on the mudguard
You could also try Performance 911 on the Gold Coast or Bob Whyms in Sydney.
Steve
Ive got a new one I can get the part numbers from the box if you decide to approach a Porsche dealer
....
I really only want lenses,my oval is staying 6volt,if i cant find a second hand set i will stick with the originals,i just need one more oval lense ???
Does your lens have the VW logo at the top?

I think I have one....I was going to have a look for the engine lid hinge plates, so maybe both could turn up, if you're lucky.
At the moment I'm a bit busy, as my son has had a heart-attack, and I've been called back to work. Next weekend should be OK, if you can wait.

Found you a h/l lens - with the VW logo. Can't find the hinge plates, but I need a couple for my Oval, so I'll make 2 extra.
