Hi everyone, I picked up an old 1302 pan the other day and I am looking to make a cheap backyard basher. I am looking for the front section of the body so i can mock up the correct location for the strut towers.

So basically just the body cut at the a pillars, and then also cut below the door sill so the whole front section if you know what i mean. Can be 1303 or 1302 etc. It would basically just need to be the firewall and strut towers.

Obviously the shitter the body the better, dont go cutting up any good supers! This is really just to mock up the correct location of the struts and then a roll cage will be built and tied in eventually.

Hmm, I'm not to keen on shipping costs just yet... I should mention I have a ute so I can come pick up within 200km range or the Sunshine Coast or thereabouts....Brisbane, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Gold Coast etc etc

If you cant get hold of the body sections you could setup the struts with a level to get the correct caster & camber and then make the pipes up to hold it in that place or do what the Holzl boys did.

VWO_60... apologies for the stuff around but the ute with a towball i borrowed has fallen through and so has the mate who was going to help me!

Unfortunately I dont think I can pull it off today. I appreciate the offer for the body and am still interested... I will just have to organise it better for some other time.

I understand you want to get rid of the whole shell from your property but there is a financial incentive for just the front part if you're keen! Name a price and I can come round with the cash $$$
