I bought this off eBay with a plan to fit it to the sc356
But can't get it to fit that easily the way ive set up the sc12 so for sale now..
I bought it off ebay about a year ago
Msd billet distributor
new advance kit (unopened)
Msd coil
Msd 6al ignition box; p/n 6420- It comes with a 7000 rpm chip limiter
Msd leads
Instruction manual

I don't have the boost control
I think you can fit it with a 6al
You need to google
But with the kit that's there you can change the springs and weights and lock out position
That's why I bought it
Also has rev limits too

I have sent PM. Will it suit a type 1 vw. can you also confirm teh actual dimensions of the distributor. i am limited for space and want to make sure
it will fit. just after diameter and overall height from where it seats at the case above to the top of the terminals.

my gut feel is the posts on the cap will interfere with my turbo. any chance you can give me the measurements. height above case and diameter of cap
will be fine.

Sorry can,t help there, engine is 500k,s away all over larrys work bench.
Hope someome else can chime in and help out with a few measurements.
Good luck with purchase, MSD gear is well worth the cost.

The p/n on the front of the msd 6al box reads 6420
It comes with a 7000 rpm chip limiter
