I'm chasing a roof rack for my bug.

Id prefer a steel tube style but will have a look at anything you have (can be a bit ratty)

I'm 90% sure that I have the rack off my 73 still sitting under my Mother's house. If you're interested shoot me a PM and I'll go over there on the weekend and have a look for you. I daresay that after this long the rubbers won't still be any good, and I'm not sure if the clamps are still with it... But it was tube steel at least! Let me know

I have a replica Beeokowa (sp) rack for a beetle $600

$600 Is half what i paid for my car lol...

Wasn't looking at spending that much on a rack.

closer to $100 - $150 for an old steel tube one.

I have found one in melb but shipping is like $250 so something local soul be best.
