Wtd gearbox for 73 L bug good working order doing resto and yes my gearbox is RS

I will have a double sided IRS box from either an S or type 3 ,these were removed from vehicles that I have not driven but to the best of my knowledge were working prior to the vehicles being dismantled.

Just be aware 73 Lbug was the first year of the newer style 3 bolt mounts.

You can use an earlier IRS gearbox either Sbug or type3 with the 2 bolt nose cone but you will need the nose cone off your original gearbox to make it fit.
