Looks OK better than most...
BUT... a bit expensive..
seeing its all been resprayed...
and not restored..
LEE
LEE,
I totally agree with your assessment.
AMEN
It does absolutely look better than most...but it obviously had a "quickie", rough spray job, with a very odd color choice, IMO.
I note lots of things that need attention.
For example, what's with those rust spots behind the seats on the interior back seat body area?
Why wasn't that area painted.
The engine compartment looks less than exciting......
Overall, Ii think this is a good candidate for restoration, body wise.
The rest may be retrievable, but we have no good visual evidence of that matter.
AND, we have nothing in the ad that indicates it runs...
I have inquired of the seller as to the KO...but, noting yet in response.
DEFINITELY OVERPRICED.
Just one man's opinion....
Regards all,
Steve
Yes
they are trying to pull the wool over Your eyes.. lol
Looks good.... but...
it looks like nothing has been done to restore the CB...
and trying to sell at a restored price...???
I don't think it will sell???
LEE
Restored prices are up around $20k Lee
Well, it’s all there at least, and fairly straight. You’d have to have a close look at it, hard to tell from the pictures, but it does look good.
Another one with the front bumper in the upright orientation? I’ve seen a couple like that, were some produced that way from the factory?
What’s that on the carby, is it a governor?
I like the masking job on the ignition switch, and the orange dash screws.
