I am interested in what anti-theft systems (deterrent ) you have on your CB's?? Interested in ignition locks, chains, imobilisers, since a club
wouldnt work (it would silly if someone drove off with one on and the windscreen down etc

Not CB specific, but i have a tyre lock. As long as they don't have access to a spare tyre, it'll give a thief grief.
The other option, which is an oldschool emmobilizer that my grandfather taught me, is to take to dissy rotor button out and put it in your pocket. Its
a pretty quick process to remove and install. No good if you are just ducking into the post office though.
A generic "I love dogs" style sticker in a prominent position, then place a rubber dog turd on the drivers seat. Works a treat.

i have a fuel pump and fuel solenoid cutoff
I have been with Shannons for 13 years without any questions. ( I guess questions will be asked if happen to make a claim)
As far as a deterrent goes- How about Bluey- a stumpy tailed cattle dog without his muzzle tied to the handbrake lever.
I guess an auto electrician could wire up an immobiliser of some sort to provide a little piece of mind.

My Spyder has a similar problem, being open.
A hidden switch in the [electric] fuel pump circuit, or a fuel shut-off as Paul says may help. Make sure the switch is hidden, but not easy to see you
using it.
Mine is hidden under the......hang on, you fool.
You already have an anti theft deterrent, its called a Country Buggy
