Ok so it doesn't seem that there was enough interest to have some hardtops made so I am scoping out whether anyone has a Country Buggy Hardtop for sale - any condition considered. I have done a bit of fibreglassing and made a few moulds recently so I would be looking at restoring and making one for my buggy and a second one for my brothers and then lending the mould out to anyone who wants one (or I could make it)

Any leads appreciated. Failing this I may start looking at building one from scratch which given its off a CB isn't overly technical.

BTW bit quite on the CB front - surely someone is doing something with their CB.

there was a cb in wa that was in lots of bits and cut up with a hard top for sale on gumtree... not there anymore but..was reasonable too ill see if i screen captured the number

Hold your Horses I think we probably have enough names to go ahead with the original proposal . I have been out of action for the last month and the person that came up with the idea originally has been overseas but is back now and I will be speaking to him early next week so we should have something positive by the end of next week I want you all to understand it is a bit of a logistics nightmare ,finding an excellent original hard top to make a mould ,getting a top class fibreglass company to make the mould and then making the hard tops for us ,all this has now been done so really we are about ready to go
so hopefully within a week we will be ready for some positive orders and just to let you know there is nothing in it for me just the satisfaction of getting one for myself and helping other CB owners get one .
