As you all know, the passing of Bill Moore has left a real void in the international community of Australian Country Buggy enthusiasts. There have
recently been a number of people concerned over Bill’s legacy and the future of Bill’s historical collection of CB related information, documents
etc. In regards to this, Stephen Muller (Bill’s best mate and fellow CB enthusiast) has been given the role of custodian and accordingly is now in
possession of Bill’s collection including his beloved Country Buggy. As I’m sure you can all appreciate this sizeable collection will take some
time to go through, however rest assured that it’s in good hands and will be preserved for generations to come.
In regards to the Australian Country Buggy Register, Bill made the decision to move that to volksculture.com where he could easily maintain it and
link individual vehicles via KO number to associated albums of photos. Currently this is being maintained by Ashley Roan (co-founder of Volks Culture
along with Bill and Stephen Muller).
Please refer any further questions in regards to Bills historical collection and CB related information directly to Stephen Muller at
info@volksmuller.com.au and information submissions for the Australian Country Buggy register to Ashley Roan at ashley@page2.com.au

All the best

Ash,
Thank you very much for your update.
Sounds like Bill's legacy is being well cared for.
Great to know.
Long live the VW Australian County Buggy!
Let none of us forget Country Buggy Bill and his labor of love.
Regards,
Steve
Thanks for the update Ash
Well done Ash and Steve.
I just noted this Ash authored thread has been deemed worthy of a "pinned" thread status and as such has assumed a permanent
place at (or near the top) of the Country Buggy main forum page. This assures the post and included important info won't get lost down the line
in future topic posts. It will be front and center for all to be aware of and be easily accessible for future reference.
Outstanding decision by whoever is responsible.
A thankful tip of the hat to the responsible party.....an unknown administrator, no doubt...:-)
Kudos, Sir......
Mr. Moore might be blushing a bit if he were still with us.
I also think he would be thrilled and honored to know a mecahnism is in place for his work to grow.
Cheers!
Regards,
Steve
