How much is too much?

I'm considering upgrading my swing axle to IRS. I'm thinking the easiest way will be to just try and source an IRS pan from somewhere. I have no real idea about the value of bug parts/pans etc. How much should I be looking at spending to get a complete IRS pan?

You will want the gear box as well

You talking about a pan swap or just raiding for parts

Rusted pan. No gear box. - case of beer

Rust free pan with healthy box - $1,000

Tratty on the Aussie Manxclub site has posted up a heap of Irs pan and stuff, give him a buzz mate.
