5 stud and disk brake?

just wondering if anyone knows if there is a beetle with disk brakes and a 5 stud pattern or do i have to buy a disk brake set for an early beetle if i want this look

i know of a Porsche 5 stud in a disc but there is also a wide five one somewhere

Buy a set of VVDS disc brakes grea tkit and any stud pattern you want including the wide 5 02-9789-1777

Sherman engineering makes them also.wide five front.

I have the VVDS kit on the front of my beetle - the beuty if this kit is they do not widen the track at all (in fact they reduce it slightly)....these are wide 5.


There are many overseas options including but not limited to those available from CB performance. On my old ragtop I had the CB discs front and rear in porsche pcd however they do both in wide 5 (but again their fronts increase the track slightly).

Nope - there is no such thing as a wide 5 disc brake set-up from the factory (not even Porsche).

Some 356's had disc but they had gone to 5x130 (with the steel wheels - 356C from memory).

Your only option is after market - but there is plenty to choose from:
CB
CSP
Sherman (Sold his business yet?)
Wilwood
etc. etc.
