I have been a VW owner for a while but have not done much or any of the restore stuff. I am not really mechanically minded and really don't know where to start.

What I was wondering was if there was someone in brisbane who has had a fair bit to do with restoring bugs and would be willing to come and have a look at mine and give me a bit of a consultation on where to start and the process i would want to need to go through.

So if there is a brissy based person around that would like a few beers and a chat while looking at my bug then that would be great.
