I am not too sure if this is the right place for this sort of thing, but I have exhausted all my options so it's worth a try!

Me and my fiance are planning a May 2010 wedding and I have my heart set on VW Beetle wedding cars. Unfortunatley it has been a struggle to try and track down any companies willing to hire them out with specific colour requirements.

I would love to have two of the new style green (but could consider white!) VW Beetles and wondered if any other VW lovers could offer any assistance. Whether it be directing me to someone who could possibly help or whether you would be willing to lend yours for our special day! I am more than willing to pay for the inconvenience of borrowing the car for today - any offers are welcome!!

The wedding will be in Brisbane..

Maybe try and contact some brisbane clubs to see if they can help you track down some people.

Also, I say this every time one of these threads comes up, be prepared that the owner of the car will want to drive the car.

The wedding will be at St Lucia - so close to the CBD.

Can you point me in the direction to any Brisbane specific clubs? Google is not much help..

And as for the owner driving - not a problem! Saves me finding someone to drive it!!
