VWFREAK (username) Knows all to well about your ride. He was the OG refinisher of your 65Rat. Sure he'll be able to shed light on most things. He will have some pics of the former glory days. Or you can search his username on here and find his old posts.

I'm the original builder. Looks like she's had a hard life since I owned it! What $$ did yo pay for it?

I sold the car in early February 2008, after taking out one of the top awards at Summernats 21. I was forced to sell all my rides at the time, due to health.

The pic's attached are from Summernats 21.

hi i payed 4600 for her she looks a bit shaby not much different to when you owned it iv just put new carpet kit and ordered new trim kit im a panelbeater soim going to tidy it up a bit ive managed to chase up the accsesories you had originaly had on her hopfully shes in good hands this is my other car i have finished
