67 Beetle - Off to a new home

Today my beetle departs Sydney to a new home in Hawthorne, QLD. I am sure the new owner (Andy69 on AVD) will love her and use her as intended.. She has been sitting in my warehouse since the Nationals in May 09 (1st place trophy!) so its time to move along.

Hi Rob,

Been meaning to ring you to say hi and see how things were coming along. I guess congratulations, but sorry to let it go. I know how much money, money, money and time went into this, must be hard to let go of her.

I think a break from aircooled for a while.. I have my old ute to mess around in and my DD van that needs resto in probably the 2nd half of this year (economy should improve)..
I have always wanted a pontiac firebird.. My Dad used to own 4 door Pontiacs and I remember as a wee fella, sitting on that massive bench seat thinking, One day I'm going to have one of these..

17" ESCRA's .. as far as I know there is no distributor in OZ anymore but you can get from CA..
