floor pan rubber

Question on fitting floor pan sealing rubber.
Do you fit using glue, cut to lengths? Never done one before?

Yes, yes, yes.
Yes you use glue, a nonhardening windscreen sealant would be good.
Yes you cut to length, keep the front and rear cross pieces full length and the side fron to back pieces to them.
Yes I've done one before. :)

sika flex is what i used on mine 6 years ago.

I pop-riveted mine on with stainless rivets every 100mm or so, worked OK

use small amount of glue

DONT punch holes for the bolts when the body is on use pointy screwdriver and punch hole that way makesa better seal

you can use Silicon but make sure ite the Roof n gutter one
as at glass and other types are acidic and will cause corrosion

Use the sealer where you have the joins as well

As per above the windscreen sealer is proberly best
