When I'm going around a corner the front left flare rubs on my tire but only with someone sitting in the passenger seat. Just wondering what part of the suspension is damaged to cause this?

Maybe get lighter friends to sit in the passenger seat.

We can't tell you anything without more info, there's alot of variables there.

With stock wheels and the bump stops in good order the suspension wont rub but people put on mags/wider wheels with the wrong offsets, missing bumpstops, different tyres, steering lock adjusters way off etc which throws everything out so chances are nothings damaged, just wrong parts.
