2.5 frop spindles or adjusters in BJbeam

Hi,

I want to drop my manx but not sure which way to go. I understand that adjusters will stiffen the ride while drop spindles can affect the wheels sticking out a little.

But what have people actually done this think? Is adjustable beams that a stiffer ride?

I have a beam shorten 3" with Cb Performance drop spindles with wide 5,looks the part

I'd put adjusters in first to set the angle of the trailing arms to near stock. The manx is probably higher than stock because of the light nose. Consequently the arms are likely to be further from horizontal than ideal.

After that you can put different spindles on to set the desired height for the look you want.

A narrower beam results in shorter and therefore stiffer springs, so you would expect a worse ride if the nose is light. Getting the angles of the arms right can give a much better ride. The adjusters themselves do not influence the ride.

Cheers
