I'm trying to remove a steering column and I can't pull it out. I've read that the collapsable colum have some ears that need to be opened up to allow it to move. Does ayone have picture of these ears. I can't see them on the column.

It also has a support under the dash. I can't access these bolts easily. Do I need to remove the support as well?
