thought I'd post this here as not sure how often people look at the paint forum.

I'm after a paint code for the light ivory and yellow combination used on late bays, particularly the deluxe two tone model.

I checked Samba but they don't show it so not sure if it was an Australia only colour.

77 on are imported and are standard German colours.

Don't think my paint book goes to 77 but I will look

I think the combination is Ivory and merino yellow. If you look at the Club VW info there are three different yellows for that period.

The colour I'm after is the same as Tony Mezinas bus and the one Boris used to have when I had my White/Red 77....

Those year buses were common in the white/orange, white/red and white/green as well as the white/yellow (or maybe ivory)....

Blame Dulux - the info came straight from their catalogues!

Same colour as my bus, sorry can't help you with the code but it is Marino Yellow.
