Hey all, Im after a 5-Rib Kombi gearbox, I have found one but it is attached to the Kombi shell, No Motor, the links on ebay and I will post here as well, I want to know if anyone is interested in the Body and floorpan as I dont need it, If so PM me with your location as Im in Adelaide and If need be Im gonna get it freighted here unless I can organise with another VW enthusiast to haul the body to them and the gearbox to me. Let me know the listing ends in 3 days, I am willing to go halves in the buy as all I want is the gearbox, let me know

Thanx for that, he told me it was a 5-rib still learning these things, well if there is a 5-rib 2lt box out there for sale Im up for buying one

Dont you mean 6 rib 2 ltr?

That would be the one, needs to be strong enough to withstand the tourqe of the V6
