That looks like a really good base. Amazing how little of the cab floor is rotten. These old work horses are ususallly completely rotten in that area. Even the lower valance doesnt look too bad. The lower nose needs a tap with the welding stick though. Does it have cab doors?

iit needs a passenger push button door as it came with an icepick one , i do have one but it will take longer to fix than the whole bus so if any out there can swap doors have a solid pre 60 door
