68 and 70 Notchbacks
Rusty AKA my 76 bay - April 19th, 2013 at 01:25 PM

G'day everyone, my dad and I got two type 3 notchbacks in December last year. A red and white 68 and a honey brown 70. The plan was to get the 70 rw then start work on the 68. We have nearly got the 70 notch ready for rw. Here are some pics...
The day they arrived...

in the boot there was 2 areas that appeared to be rusty and crappy. After some scraping it turns out it was just deteriorated seam sealer.

Rusty chat with Adam on this... I think he used to service/care for it. Maybe able to get OLD service history or paperwork for the old girl...
