New wheels on my type 34
vwo60 - September 3rd, 2013 at 01:51 PM

I have just finnished fitting a set of porsche wheels to my type 34, i used a set of rear hubs from ISP in the states and had a set of disc rotors with the porsche stud pattern all ready, these are 6" rims with a ET of 50 +, 185/55/16 tyres on the front and does not rub on any part of the car, on the rear is the same rim with 205/55/16 tyres, same again with no rubbing. i am very happy with the resalt.

Wheels look great, not so sure about the car bra

I like it, sure saves the paint.

Hi Shayne, I bought what appeared to be a lavendar coloured beetle that had a car bra on it and when I took it off, underneath the bra was purple and the lavendar was the faded version.

It seems the bra was never taken off and it looked terrible when it was removed so be careful about leaving it on.

Are they Boxsters?

Yes they look like boxsters.

Yes they are boxter wheels, the perfect type 3 and four stud beetle ET, all my cars have bra's fitted, you should never leave them on in the weather for long periods, the wheels are a bargin buy. i made the custom caps to suit.
