Ghia Fuel Tank

Hi All,

It's been a while since I've been on but I need some help.

My 70 Ghia Cabrio has been sitting for approx 6 months, and I've noticed a large stain on the workshop floor where I have it stored. I'm assuming I've sprung a leak in the fuel tank, and I'm not game to drive it. I've had a poor experience in the past with Indian Automotive, and V Force have moved from Mortlake so I'm thinking CBB which is close to work. What's th ebest course of action. I don't have the time or inclination to remove, clean and seal the tank which I've read you can do with kits. Obviously a good idea to replace all rubbers at the same time.

Possibly your fuel line or brake master cylinder, its very easy to remove yr tank and replace the hose, shouldn't take more than 5 - 10 mins

At a long shot there could be a leak in the tank but my money is on fuel line.

Thanks, hopefully that's all it is. I'm think I'll play it safe and for the sake of $80, have it sent to Mike on a tilt tray. It needs a service anyway as it's been sitting too long. At least when I get it back I can have confidence the job will be done right.
