Looked at it when it was on ebay and wished it was in my driveway instead!

I loved this car when I first saw it and it's what got me into Type 3's / SB's.
But after owning a couple of type 3's - when you look at this one, it wouldn't take much to get any SB look similar.
Some nice wheels, a roof rack, clear indicators and venetians and you're about done.

Although, that looks like an early bumper on a late car... not sure how they've done that.

It's not that hard, just need to make up some bits of steel to weld onto the early bumper brackets. The lates are 90mm wider between the bumper mounts. I'll take a photo of the ones I did for my squareback and post tomorrow.

Not yet, but I've still got the bars off the Square, so i can swap them over at my leisure!
