Type 3 pcd change

What would be the easiest way to change my type 3 pcd.
I have a heap of wheels here that are 4x114.3 i want to see if i can get them onto my 70 squareback.
Thinking
Does anyone do a 4x114.3 diskbrake setup for the rear also wouldnt mind doing it both in one shot.

Check offset first to see if it is worth it
