ok cool let me know when your ready to send the parts & i will email you my address or something.
Also is the 4 of them meaning the 2 for the front cross members & 2 for the rear cross members??

By the way I previously was getting these parts from Vintage Vee Dub then one day when i called back I was explaining the parts to a mechanic there and he told me Type 3's dont have a cross member at the front (???)- so i dont trust those guys to know what parts im talking about.

the mechanics dont answer the phone there so you must have been talking to some where else

no it was vintage vee dub it was when the receptionist girl was away on holidays so one of the mechanics answered the phone. I ended up waiting for 3 months for those parts anyway and in the end they didnt turn up.

now there's an answer from Dave we wouldn't expect:lol:

we replaced the ones on my brother's Type 3 with some billet alloy ones we machined up so we have no movement at all. If you can't buy them then get a suspension shop to machine some up from polyurethane. If you can give thema decent sample and some measurements they will be able to do it. will transfer a little more noise but will last heaps longer.
