Help needed on alternator belt

I need to buy a new belt for my 67 (I think) Type III motor. The one fitted seems to be the wrong size and I was hoping to have a correct part number or belt size (mm) before I go to the shop.

is it a 6volt or 12volt generator on the type 3 ??? the belt sizes will be different

it wont eb an Alternator unless some one has done a lot of modifying to the engine

Thanks, it is 12v, But I rang a friend, with the same motor and read the correct numbers for me 10mm 990 around. Sorted.
