went looking at the wreckers & found some that might work if modified,
do you have an original ?

Give Vintage a cll i know thye have some new US spec tailights

if u want pure i need measurements but have 3 types
in sets so u could use any if u are willing to redrill holes

as i said send a pic of the other u got and i will send pics of my different ones

screw hole to glass hole measurement would solve it me thinks
